If your VA quits during the 6 months period of the replacement warranty, you will not need to worry. We will replace the virtual assistant for you for free.

As the employer or hiring party, you are responsible for paying your virtual assistant moving forward. The one-time fee does not include any salary. The VAs rates start from $4/hr.

If your VA is not performing within the 6 months period covered by the replacement warranty, we will require proof of KPI and onboarding discussions. The replacement warranty would still apply.

You can process their payment on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. We do not allow monthly pay. If you find it difficult to afford the VA's salary, we can take them back and provide a replacement until you're ready.

Virtual assistants can work part-time for 5 hours daily and 25 hours weekly, or full-time for 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.

If you offer them a rate of $4/hr (the lowest rate), part-time will be $100/week and $400/monthly. Full-time will be $160/week and $640/month. This calculation is per virtual assistant and the time they work daily. Please note that this does not include any software costs.
